Faith brings a deep commitment to nurturing children’s curiosity, confidence, and emotional growth. With a passion for working with children, she is excited to support the Elms classroom and help create a warm, engaging, and collaborative learning environment.
Inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, Faith values children as capable, creative thinkers and strives to design experiences that encourage exploration, problem‑solving, and joyful discovery. One of her favorite aspects of the classroom is observing how children express their ideas through the use of open‑ended materials.
Faith believes that teaching is a reciprocal process and that children have as much to share with adults as we have to offer them.

Outside the classroom, Karina is a jewelry artist and small business owner focused on sustainability and mindful consumption. She’s also active in the community, often participating in local events and advocating for social and environmental justice. Originally from Arecibo, Puerto Rico, she enjoys incorporating Spanish language and culture into the classroom experience and looks forward to sharing it with the children.

During Karen’s free time she enjoys watching her daughter play softball and son play basketball. She loves attending sporting events with her family, especially a Bruins’ or Celtics’ game. Karen always looks forward to a family road-trip with Hazel, her dog, as co-pilot.

Jordyn has been teaching at Woodbridge School for the past three years, working with children for the past decade. Outside of work, Jordyn enjoys travelling, music, the arts and being with her family and friends.

Sarah has dedicated the past 25 years to the field of Early Education. Her journey began in high school, where she participated in an immersive preschool teaching program. This initial experience ignited her passion for teaching which continues to grow stronger over the years.
Throughout her career, Sarah has worked with children of all ages, from newborns to elementary-aged students. She holds the Reggio Emilia approach to learning in high regard and had the incredible opportunity to travel to Reggio, Italy, where she received extensive training and gained deep insights into this innovative teaching method. Sarah’s commitment to transforming the landscape and reshaping perceptions of early education has brought her to the role of Director of Woodbridge School.
One of the most rewarding aspects of Sarah’s job is building meaningful relationships with her students and their families. Additionally, she takes great pride in supporting and encouraging her team of teachers to continuously learn and strive to be the educator every child needs and deserves.
